Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
We will always try and accommodate your needs, however we ask for 12 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before your session, a 50% charge will apply.
How will Jenni contact me for my session?
When you see Jenni ONLINE, and after your payment, you will click on a link to come through live and instant to have that Chat reading. If Jenni is OFFLINE, and you have paid, she will get back to you within 24 hours, to book that reading in.
How often do you have these specials?
These specials are offered through Face book every couple of weeks. So do take advantage of them, when you see special offer.
What should I do to prepare for my session?
Please have a couple of questions prepared in advance. I also recommend you take a few minutes to centre and quiet yourself prior to the session.
