Jenni founded Psychic Dilemma in 2009 knowing that the “time was right” to go online with her team of psychics and share invaluable psychic knowledge and insights – based on many years’ experience.
Psychic Dilemma’s goal is to be there personally for our clients and provide a safe, warm and welcoming environment for a professional one-on-one psychic experience that offers honest, accurate and compassionate answers for everyone.

I have over 30 years professional experience in psychic readings. I haven’t always been a practicing psychic – in earlier years I trained and worked as a nurse and counsellor (including a Diploma in Counselling).
During my life, I’ve consistently read tarot cards for friends, but my true calling came when I bought my first house 34 years ago and met my neighbour – Phyllis, who said “I knew you were coming”. Phyllis was 75 at the time and her words puzzled me. I later found out that Phyllis was a psychic, holding a senior position with a Psychic Society in Melbourne. Before I knew it, Phyllis had converted her house into an office for me, and I had a string of clients coming in for readings. I was heavily booked out and I loved it.
Phyllis became my mentor and taught me much of what I know today. She told me later in life that I would branch out and help people all around the world – I couldn’t quite understand what she meant at the time.
In the meantime, I worked in several shops doing readings for a large clientele and working for various online phone psychics. While I’m not an astrologer per se, I’ve always like to dabble in star signs and took an interest in the heavens – this led to writing horoscopes for a couple of different magazines. In addition, I began hosting my own radio show in the US with A1R Psychic Radio, with callers from all around the world. This work became my passion and purpose…and it was around this time, I decided it was right to go online with my new business venture – psychicdilemma.com.
The internet proved to be a powerful platform for reaching thousands of people in crisis, helping them find answers and build their futures. I remembered Phyllis’s words about “branching out”, and helping people from all around the world. I finally understood what Phyllis was talking about all those years ago.
Phyllis has long passed … but I always think of her and thank her for sharing her knowledge with me, and making me part of what and who I am today.
